For the Live in Tucson, Born in Tucson, Made in Tucson Part II show at MOCA-Tucson, I was given the opportunity to do “anything I want” in a 14’ x 12’ gallery room. The resulting piece, As long as we can afford it, we don’t really care what you do, is about the process being the product. The installation includes collage, maps, photographs, video, statements, thoughts and ephemera collected from 1995 – 2010 and revealed the interconnection between the works through themes of infrastructure, economy, the environment and ethnography. A portion of the exhibit changed weekly.
